During your wine tour of Le Marche, you will stay in our former winery in a spacious suite with terrace. From the terrace, you will enjoy the view over the vineyards and the magical sunset over the mountains. Using warm and luxurious materials, you will immediately feel at home in this room.

Using warm and luxurious materials and furniture and objects by Knoll international, B&B Italia, Fornasetti and iittala, you will immediately feel at home in this room. The top-quality Technogel Estasi mattress, covered with wonderfully soft stonewashed cotton bed linen, will give you a wonderful night’s sleep.

Our beautiful Verdicchio suite is named after the DOCG riserva category of Le Marche’s main DOC Appellation, Verdicchio Dei Castelli di Jesi, named after the town of Jesi. The white grapes for the ‘Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi’ DOC have been grown in the rolling hills of the provinces of Ancona and Macerata since Roman times. This Verdicchio grape gets its name from the green colour of the grapes. The wonderful thing about this sublime grape variety is its constant elegance, which runs like a thread through all the wines, even when they are the most full-bodied and structured. Spacious double suite 45m2 with large private terrace 30m2

The 45m2 spacious Verdicchio suite is located on the first floor and occupies 3 spaces: bedroom, bathroom and lounge that can be accessed from a small entrance hall. From the lounge, you step onto the large 30m2 private terrace and enjoy the breathtaking panorama.

Tastefully decorated with authentic elements

The south-facing bedroom, overlooking the vineyards, is tastefully and luxuriously furnished, preserving the original beamed ceilings and local cotto tiled floor.The room has a fourposter bed 180×200, wardrobe, air conditioning, WiFi, mosquito screen and shutters.

Ensuite bathroom with natural light

The spacious ensuite bathroom with natural light, consists of a washbasin with mirror, bathtub with shower, toilet and bidet. We provide a towel pack, Refreshing shower gel and a hairdryer is also at your disposal. Towels are changed on request (daily). The bathroom does not have a seperate heating.

Lounge with mini fridge

In the lounge you will enjoy the luxury of a cosy lounge with comfortable armchairs and sofa. There is a mini fridge where you can chill the tastiest bottles. Glasses and a corkscrew are available in the room. From the lounge, double doors open onto your large private terrace.

Large balcony terrace with panoramic views

On the large 30m2 balcony terrace with outdoor table, 4 chairs, loungeset and parasol, you have a beautiful view over the vineyards and the sunset behind the mountains. Here you can relax in the sun with a book and a good glass of wine!

Luxury breakfast served at your table

To start the day off right, enjoy a varied ‘epicurean breakfast’ in the healthy outdoors. You choose your own table in Villa Verdicchio’s intimate courtyard garden, or you can sit at the long, communal, wooden table in the cantina should it be slightly cooler.

Start with a delicious Cappuccino, espresso, tea or fruit juice. We do not have a breakfast buffet, but serve all the goodies at your table.

Every day delicious fresh bread, local cheese and meat products, homemade jam, an egg preparation, yoghurt with fresh seasonal fruit from the garden and a cake or pastry will be on the table. On Sundays, of course, with a glass of Verdicchio spumante.

Air conditioning, window screens and shutters

For your comfort, the bedroom is air-conditioned to cool or heat the room. The windows have shutters and in the bedroom, the large window has a mosquito screen.

Prepare your own espresso or take something from our 'honesty bar' (for a small fee) to enjoy in the garden. The kitchen in the cantina can be used on request.

Cantina tasting and experience room

Enjoy a glass of wine in the coolness of the old wine cellar with a beautiful view of the vineyards.

Get to know authentic Italy. Visit the many wineries and enjoy the blissful dolce vita feeling together.

Swimming

Combine a day trip with a refreshing swim. We know the best spots. Lake Cingoli is a 10-minute drive from Villa Verdicchio. Prefer swimming in the sea? After half an hour's drive you can dive into the Adriatic Sea.
